"Memory is everywhere.
It lives with us in the places we inhabit and in the culture we share. We place our most precious memories in objects, from which they can be released with a simple glance, a gentle touch. They come back to us
via sounds or scents. Memories are there every time we perceive an artwork, providing background, sparking imagination and connections.
This exhibition addresses memory in many forms. Inspired by philosophy, personal experience, and people living with dementia, Alun presents objects with constructed memories, images that are literally unique memories, and others that embody philosophical concepts.
Departing from curiosity about the distant or recent reality, Eliana relies on the memory of sensitive, dreamlike and undefined, but lasting and persistent, impressions to create drawings and sculptures.’"

Created specifically for this exhibition were the works 'Azulejos', and the installation 'Golpe de Asa' (co-created with Eliana Manuel Pinho), which included many metamorphogram cranes.
